When I read it, my personal interpretation was that we are beautiful at every age. But, many people may disagree and may have a divergent view, too. I believe, these might be the ones who grow sad as they see the gradual loss of their youthful beauty, and continuously invest in beauty procedures to remain swaying in the high tide of youth again. They trim and tone their bodies to postpone the inevitable.

I started doing power sprints a few years ago with great results. Basically. . . I was taking a walk one morning and decided I would do some additional sprints after the walk. Well, as I continued with the walk I decided to sprint a few hundred feet and then walk. . . sprint a few hundred feet and then walk. I kept the same routine of sprinting and then walking for about thirty minutes. I must say as I finished the walking and sprinting my legs were on fire and my lungs were burning as well. Do some honest work with this routine and you will definitely see some magical results.

Our health should be first and foremost on our list of priorities, because without our health… nothing else will follow. For those who have kids, do you put your children’s health before your own? Ask yourself, “If I become sick, who will take care of my children? If I pass away, who will take care of my family or be there for my significant other?” When my best friend passed away on Mother’s Day of the Coronary Embolism, she left behind two teenage sons who needed their mother. And, if you don’t have children, you’re still responsible for your own health as a grown adult. Your health must be a priority. Don’t ever think for one moment, “illness won’t happen to me.” Don’t be a fool or live in denial when it comes to the subject of health.

It sounds simple and it actually is if you realize the importance of health. No one can deny the importance of safety in the workplace. Injuries are expensive and devastating to a company. Wellness and safety are really the same thing. You are investing in a process to prevent future issues knowing that those issues are going to be far more expensive than the process you have in place.

Okay, so we’ve discussed on Whole Foods, Water, Air, Sunshine, Exercise and Movement, Regeneration, Relationships and Passion. If you tie all of these things together, and you live by these, and you use them as a driving force that you want to include in your life, then you will have a great and healthy life. And that’s what this is all about, health and living, to do things the right way. You will certainly function properly and healthfully as well. So, are you including all of these in your life? I hope so.

Social Health : At this point many may not seem pleased with what I just said, but they will surely do, when they know its benefits especially in the afternoon of life – the life after 40. So let’s think about this now. What is most important to you? The answer should be you and without your health there is no you.
