One of the most important and often subconscious things to keep in mind when buying a used car is the smell. The smell can tell you wonders about the car because of the amount of things that could be potentially wrong with the car based on how it smells. Here are a few smells and what they might indicate.

The fuel system pumps petrol from the tank to the engine. Older cars used to have carburetors that mix fuel with air and send the gas to the engine. Some cars have a special fuel injection system that sprays petrol into the engine. Modern cars have turbo chargers that suck in extra air and therefore create more power.

Direct injection – A quicker, more efficient way of getting fuel into the engine. Direct injection process removes the step of mixing the fuel with air prior to injection.

Other engine options are the 4. 3L v6 or if you want the coveted vortec, you can choose from the 4. 8L, the 5. 3L or the 6. 2L. The transmissions come in ranges of four speed automatics, six speed automatics, one or two over drives and tap up tap down shift control, as well as tow mode.

There are many different “free mods” for the Supra TT. I will cover just a few of them here. The ones I will cover fall into three categories, boost control, EGR disabling, and TTC or True Twin Conversion.

The HHO engine blends hydroxy gas with your current fuel, diesel or gasoline. When the fuel is combusted it burns more efficiently utilizing more fuel. Your current system doesn’t even use all of its fuel, and the unused fuel is burned up in the catalytic converter recycling. So you’ve paid for fuel that you don’t use and then pay to get rid of it… Looks like there is room for improvement. This is where HHO comes in.

If you want to mount it in the dash, the two most popular places are the Clock location (which holds a 52mm gauge), and the Air Vent beside it (which holds a 60mm gauge). You can also use an A-Pillar gauge pod.

You have to cut the tube on either sides of the converter. Use the reciprocating saw as well as the metal blades. Leave an allowance of 2 inches of tubing on the ends of the converter for the needed spacing. Allow the catalytic converter to fall by its own self but make sure you are not underneath it when it falls.
